Charlene B. Barbour Founding Partner Charlene is the Founding Partner of MCI, which she founded in 1986. She has over 33 years experience in association and professional management and has worked with more than thirty associations, societies, commissions, foundations, and licensing boards during these years. She also serves on a number of private business and public Boards. Currently, Charlene serves as a trusted advisor to several MCI clients. She occupies her free time boating on the Neuse and Trent Rivers and spending time with her friends. |

P. Shaun Barbour, PhD Chief Executive OfficerShaun is the son of MCi Founding Partner Charlene Barbour. He earned his PhD in Social Services and Public Administration from Bernelli University in 2003 and took the reigns of MCi in April 2010. Shaun grew up with Management Concepts and has an in-depth knowledge of professional management. He has worked for three major hotel companies as both a sales manager and a director of sales. This allows for Shaun to understand all aspects of our clients’ needs. In his free time, Shaun enjoys travel, reading, and foreign languages. Shaun served 8 years as a Cryptologic Linguist in the Navy and Marine Corp, studying Russian, Serbo-Croatian, & Bulgarian. He is currently learning Japanese. Shaun is the 2012-2013 President of the Garner Mid-Day Rotary Club and serves on the Board of the downtown Garner Revitalization Association. |

Jimmy Anders Pacelli, MHR Chief Operating OfficerMr. Pacelli joined Management Concepts in September 2009 after spending nearly 18 years working within the theme park and hospitality industry. His experience spans from Disneyland Park in California, through all Theme Parks of both the Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resorts.Jimmy began his career at Disneyland as a Skipper on the World Famous Jungle Cruise. His first few years pushed him into a different direction, where he was assigned to several various Operational Integration Project teams working under Walt Disney Imagineering, Parks and Resorts with the construction, testing, training and opening phases of several of Disney’s highest profile projects, including: The Indiana Jones™ Adventure, Test Track by General Motors, Disney’s FASTPASS® Service, Mission: Space, Countdown to Extinction (renamed: Dinosaur in 2000) and the DinoLand U.S.A. area of Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park.Jimmy received his Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications: Training and Development from the University of Central Florida in 1998 and in 2007 he graduated, with honors, from prestigious Rollins College in Winter Park Florida where he received his Masters Degree in Human Resource Management.It was during this period that Jimmy transitioned from the Walt Disney Company and joined NBC Universal, accepting a position within Theme Park Management as the Area Manager of Attractions Operations at the Universal Orlando Resort. Within the first 6 months, he was promoted to General Manager of Attractions Operations where he oversaw a team of 26 supervisors, 2000 Attractions Team Members and as the Sr. Officer on duty – the daily operations of both theme parks and all operating divisions. Jimmy’s experience not only helped develop and guide the Attractions Operations Division, but also presented several opportunities to provide input and direction into the operational integration of various attraction projects such as: Halloween Horror Nights 17 and 18, The Simpsons RIDE™, Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit, and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter™. As General Manager, Jimmy’s responsibilities extended beyond the management and expansion of The Universal Orlando Resort, which included interaction amongst the executive teams overseeing the development of both Universal Studios South Korea and Universal Dubailand as well as the training and development of the Opening Management and Sr. Management Park Operations team for the Universal Studios Singapore at Sentosa Resort.In his spare time, Jimmy enjoys spending time with his two dogs (Stella and Opala), international travel, maintaining contact with friends and business affiliates worldwide, consulting former personnel regarding past Ride Control System developments and keeping up-to-date regarding roller coaster / attraction design and expansions. |

Ashley McGraw, CMP Managing DirectorOriginally from Southern California, Ashley has spent most of her life in Raleigh, NC, a city she has come to love. She has a diverse background which began with nearly 10 years in the fashion and talent industry, and eventually led into business management. Professionally, Ashley loves finding new ways to improve efficiency and reduce overhead, while maintaining outstanding public relations and customer care. In her personal life, Ashley continues to pursue lifelong interests such as travel, dance, gourmet cooking, foreign languages and etymology, reading and collecting books, and learning in general. Ashley loves life and the world we live in and genuinely wants to see you smile! |

Adriane Fox Director of Client AccountingOriginally from Salisbury, NC, Adriane has lived in the Triangle for 21 years. Adriane is super organized from her work experience before MCI. She has been a Bookkeeper, Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, Accounts Payable and Payroll Assistant. In Adriane’s 4 years at MCI as an Accounting Director she has been a great asset to the company. She is a team player who works well with everyone and can adapt to the changes of this business. She loves to support and watch her two sons play baseball and basketball. So therefore she’s a sports mom who follows behind a ball! Adriane enjoys putting together 1000-piece puzzles. Her family’s favorite vacation spots for now are Florida, Williamsburg, and Myrtle Beach. |

Anjeanette Sausedo Senior Account ExecutiveOriginally from the California Bay Area, Anjeanette has lived in Triangle for 4 years. Before moving here Anjeanette Served 11 years in the US Air Force as a Personnel Craftsman, equivalent to a Human Resource Manager, and traveled around the world gaining valuable knowledge and experience. She managed, trained, and supervised in the HR capacity to support service members from 150 to 50,000 in mass. Upon departing from the military on disability, Anjeanette became a licensed insurance agent and assisted individuals in obtaining affordable insurance and assured adequate protection for their family and valuables.Anjeanette has been with MCI since Jan 2008 as a Senior Account Executive. Anjeanette loves PURPLE!!! She’s a FUN single mom that loves to travel and explore. When Anjeanette has down time she enjoys reading romance, paranormal novels, networking and communicating with members of her book club. With this she wants to aspire to be a successful writer someday when she actually has time. |

Beth Holder Senior Account ExecutiveBeth was born in Rock Hill, SC but has lived in the Triangle for 23 years. Before joining MCI, Beth spent 18 years with a nurses association, 12 years at Winthrop University and 2 years at IBM. Beth has been with Management Concepts for 2 + years as a Senior Account Executive. Her favorite color is Green; she loves steak and lobster, most any beach, and mystery/romance books. Beth enjoys listening to almost all music except “new” country and is a lover of old cars (pre-1970). Beth also enjoys family gatherings, old movies, and outings with friends. Beth most enjoys watching her granddaughter play soccer. |

Ryan Keeler Account Executive Ryan Keeler joined our team in March of 2010. He has 16 years of Management, Customer Service and Administrative experience. Ryan’s experience ranges from Porsche Service advisor, Dent Wizard store regional manager and News & Observer Classified Account Executive for Auto and Real Estate. He is a friendly and high energy individual that enjoys a fast-paced setting and is always eager to learn and help out. Ryan has a “work hard -play hard” attitude; in his spare time he enjoys singing Karaoke, traveling, and cars- he has owned 23 to date. Ryan is also writing a book of short stories from his silly life experiences titled, “What had happened was…” |
